This heirloom bean is an Italian beauty with soft, creamy skin.



Fresh or dried, these beans are an excellent source of protein, dietary fibre and complex carbohydrates. Make sure you rinse them well before cooking, and soak dry beans overnight before preparation.


  • Sow in spring and summer, min temp 15C
  • Sow in full sun, space plants 20 x 45cm
  • Seeds will germinate in 7-14 days and grow to 60-90cm
  • Harvest in 60-90 days
