This variety of kale has finely curled blue-green leaves and grows low to the ground. Kale can be baked like potato chips, cooked in traditional dishes, blended in smoothies, and added to salads. It is very nutritious.
- Sow in autumn and early spring, temp 15C
- Sow in full sun, space plants 50 x 50cm
- Seeds will germinate in 3-10 days and grow to 30cm
- Harvest in 25-30 days for baby leaves, and 50-60 days for mature leaves
